Sienna, nicknamed Sinny, was born in Texas weighing a bit less than 1 1/2 lbs.
She is one of the less than 200 known Primordial Dwarfs in the world.
She's even more rare because she's a twin.
A Primordial Dwarf with a twin is practically unheard of--ever!
At 20 years old, she weighs 50 lbs. and is 4'4" tall. Her twin sister is 5'7" tall.
While she is one of the taller people with Dwarfism, she has little to no body fat which poses many challenges.
Her waist is that of a 2-year-old and her head is the size of a 1-year-old's head.
Sienna is often mistaken as being an 8-year-old rather than an adult.
She also has another rare condition, called Dandy Walker which affects her brain.
Doctors originally deducted that she would be a vegetable and would not have a normal life.
She is living proof, that all things are possible with God!

She assists her mom with the Equal Restroom Access for Little People Movement, which strives to educate restaurants and other public places about the challenges Little People face when trying to reach public sinks. They have been able to successfully ensure the placement of step stools in many public restrooms such as those at several major airports and at major chains like Container Store and IKEA.
She is working on a book, as well as releasing an on-line talk show called "Small Talk with Sienna."

What makes Primordial Dwarfism different?
Primordial Dwarfism is a category of Dwarfism with different subtypes. Most PDs are extremely short at birth. Unlike other forms of Dwarfism, Primordial Dwarfs are proportional, but much, much smaller. Sort of like "Honey I Shrunk the Kids."
Research suggests that Primordial Dwarfism has been around for many centuries, however, very few specifics are known about it.
