Sienna, nicknamed Sinny, was born in Texas weighing a bit less than 1 1/2 lbs.
  She is one of the less than 200 known Primordial Dwarfs in the world. 
She's even more rare because she's a twin.
A Primordial Dwarf with a twin is practically unheard of--ever! 

At just 14 years old, she weighs about 45 lbs. and is just over 4' tall.  Her twin sister is 5'4" tall.
While she is one of the taller dwarfs, she has little to no body fat which poses many challenges.  
Her waist is that of a 2-year-old and her head is the size of a 1-year-old's head.
Sienna is often mistaken as being an 8-year-old rather than a young teenager.
She also has another rare condition, called Dandy Walker which affects her brain.
Doctors originally deducted that she would be a vegetable and would not have a normal life.
  She is living proof, that all things are possible with God!

Sienna lives in Texas with her dad, mom and twin sister Sierra.
